Zone Offense (X Post Shooting)
The drill starts with two passers on top (could be your players, managers or coaches). The ball is passed across the top. The ball side low post steps out to the short corner while the opposite post flashes to the high post. The passer has three options here. |

If the player in the short corner receives the pass he can: |

If the high post player receives the pass he can: Note: The low post man in the short corner should look to get low block position as the ball is in flight to the high post (not after he receives it in the high post). |

No matter who receives the ball or who takes the shot, the drill is continued to the other side by the coach passing another basketball across the top with the post players exchanging positions. |

If a shot was taken, simply get the ball out of the net and back out to the coach and continue to the drill to the other side. |
