Zone Offense - Inside Continuity

The following zone offense provides good inside continuity for players #3, #4, and #5. Key teaching point is to screen and flash to the ball.

#1 passes to #2. #4 pops to the wing. #5 steps low and #3 flashes to the elbow area. #2 passes to #4.

#4 may pass to #5 who looks for #3, pass to #3 who looks for #5, or skip pass to #1 curling into the open area. #4 curls down if ball is passed to #3 or #5.
